The class focuses on mood disorders, especially depression and bipolar disorder, with special emphasis on the development of mood disorders in children and adolescents. We focus on classification, assessment, causes (genetic, neurobiological, brain, stress, cognition, emotion, interpersonal), and interventions (treatment and prevention).
