Design Futures
Section Info:
In this course students will work collectively to design equitable futures. This course will introduce students to the application of design thinking by creating art responses to provided prompts. The course examines what future generations will need based on speculation and foresight. Students will be provided 5 prompts to jumpstart their imagination. We will then work as a team to collectively respond and build our socially responsible futures. Restricted to Chancellor’s Scholars in the Campus Honors Program. Non-CHP students may petition to take the class by following the directions on the CHP web site at https://honors.illinois.edu/curriculum/edu/curriculum and emailing the petition form to chp@illinois.edu.
