Quite often, we leave the teaching of essential skills to family, friends, and communities and do not receive formal training on these skills. This course aims to provide formal training opportunities on essential skills through hands-on activities and continuous practicing of new essential skills. We intend to cover techniques for improving interpersonal skills, leadership skills, teamwork skills, negotiating skills, task management skills, emotion regulation skills, innovation skills, and critical thinking skills. Pre-requisites: none. Restrictions: none.
