This section is offered through the BTAA Course Share Program and will be taught via video-conferencing/Zoom/online by UIC. Topic Title: Regions of Brazil "Regional Cultures of Brazil” (Portuguese 404) has two options: it is a three-credit course for undergraduate students and a four-credit course for graduate students. This integrated skills language course will have students navigate Brazil from end to end, with the goal of exploring historical and cultural aspects of Brazil that aren’t always covered in the media. From myths and legends, to culinary adventures, traditional music, and more, this course will cover the five geographic regions of Brazil and touch on the Brazilian diaspora around the world. Prerequisite: Port 401 or instructor consent.
