Section Info:
This section is restricted to Information Science Majors in the James Scholar program. This course provides a more in-depth exploration, engagement, and development within the iSchool. The focus is on professional development and career exploration by connecting and engaging students with various speakers and concepts, and introducing them to different career pathways. Each session will have a different group of speakers, which may include: employers, recruiters, alumni, current students, faculty, and campus staff. Course is relevant for undergraduate students at all stages of their academic career. May be repeated in the same semester or different semesters as topics and speakers vary (limit of 3 experiential hours count towards IS electives).
