Adv. Real Estate Invest. Cases
Section Info:
This course will not satisfy the 400-level Finance major requirements. Advanced Cases in Real Estate Investment will explore progressively more complex real estate investments and concepts using case studies including ownership and financing structures, distribution waterfalls and asset management challenges. Students will review, analyze, consider, recommend, and deliver their findings. 2 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. It is recommended that students have completed FIN 241 and FIN 445.
