THEA 560: Creativity and the Creative Process This interdisciplinary seminar begins with an examination of creativity and invention across the arts and sciences before turning to a series of case studies focusing mostly on dramatic literature and theatrical production. One module of the course is devoted to the practice of devised or collectively curated art, with Moisés Kaufman's 2018 book Moment Work a key resource. Students from all disciplines are welcome; individual graded assignments will involve choice of subject and may concern artistic practices outside of theatre.
