Introduces operations management tools and methodologies to develop quantitative models that can identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a healthcare setting. Students will study applications of these modeling methods to planning, design, control, and decision making for healthcare delivery systems.
4 graduate hours. No professional credit. Prerequisite: Restricted to Health Administration students and MPH students.
