Credit is not given for MATH 114 and either MATH 014 or MATH 115. Prerequisite: 1.5 units of high school algebra; 1 unit of high school geometry.

"This class will close on the afternoon of June 15, 2022, with no further registrations after that point. An ALEKS PPL math placement score of 50% or higher is recommended for placement in this course. For more ALEKS PPL information please see http://math.illinois.edu/ALEKS .....LEARNING SYSTEM: The Summer Session section uses the ALEKS assessment and learning system. Students are required to purchase an ALEKS code to access the course online. The code is nonrefundable and costs $60 for an 11-week code for Summer Session. ......PROCTORING: This course has a final exam that will be administered online via Respondus ......ALTERNATIVE REGISTRATION OPTION: A 16-week self-paced version of this class will also be available as part of the academic year term (not summer term). Registration for the self-paced class is done through https:// netmath.illinois.edu/register/college (not Self-Service). The self-paced section has identical content and proctoring requirements, but students in the self-paced section are required to purchase an $81 non-refundable 18-week (1-semester) ALEKS code to access the course online. No late registrations will be accepted."
