Measurement and reporting of firm's liabilities and shareholders' equity. Topics include current liabilities, contingencies, subsequent events, bonds, leases, pensions, equity issuance and repurchase, dividends, and equity-based compensation.

Prerequisite: ACCY 301 and FIN 221.
