Sus. iCAP-Ambassador Ex.
Section Info:
Sustainability iCAP-Ambassador Experience: While top-down sustainability approaches are important, it is necessary to understand how sustainability can be applied from the bottom-up, particularly in buildings. This course seeks to connect students with facility managers and building services workers to help in identifying iCAP goals and objectives that have been achieved and opportunities for future implementation. Students will gain an understanding of campus sustainability themes and will work throughout the semester to apply this knowledge to help advance iCAP topics. Lectures will occur as a hybrid model (in-person and virtual), but field work will require students to be on campus with the ability to visit campus buildings and meet with university staff.
