Applications of plasma chemistry to gas conversion, surface cleaning and treatment, reactive ion etching, chemical vapor deposition, and water treatment. Reactors and interrelation of reaction kinetics and mass transfer. Prerequisite: NPRE 421 or instructor approval. Restriction(s): Restricted to Graduate - Urbana-Champaign.
