Leadership operates within the context of community. The course will teach the research, theory, and practice of building effective community collaborations to deal with complex societal issues. A collaborative framework will be delivered by which students apply their knowledge of person, organizational, and community leadership to real-world problems.

3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: LEAD 260 or equivalent.
