This course focuses primarily on phonology and its relationship with pronunciation: e.g., SLA, pronunciation teaching, language variation (such as world Englishes), and bilingualism. Other potential course foci include, but are not limited to, phonology applied to psycholinguistics, sociophonetics, neurolinguistics, and pragmatics.
