INTRODUCTION TO R PROGRAMMING FOR NATURAL RESOURCES GRADUATE STUDENTS: The R programming language has grown in popularity and utility and is rapidly becoming a necessity for statistical analyses because it is freely available, open-source, and has a large community generating content. Our seminar course will introduce graduate students to basic programming in R with the end goal for students to have intermediate fluency in the language so they can begin to visualize and analyze their own data.
