Mentoring in Education: Mentee
Section Info:
For first-year students enrolled in or interested in Education majors or Secondary Education minor. Synchronous attendance is required every other Wednesday for lecture, beginning 8/25. Moodle LMS. This course provides the opportunity to experience service learning through mentoring relationships between incoming freshmen enrolled/interested in Education and experienced students already enrolled in an Education (either College of Education or LAS-SecEd) program. The format for this course is: lecture-discussions will occur every other week, and on opposite weeks mentees are expected to meet with mentors for at least 1 hour. Please note that mentors should register for section EDUC 199-MFR.
