This course examines the skills and in-depth information for constructing, implementing, and evaluating programs working with children from development perspectives. Topic emphasizes constructing program framework, program planning and developing, team building, family and community partnership, professionalism. This course offers an excellent opportunity for students to develop skills and knowledge of management based on their experience and knowledge of child development. The personnel, financial, and program administrating skills will be excellent assistance for student's future career development if career goals are related to directors, administrators, or positions in the management team in any child development program. The integration of knowledge and skills in both management and child development would deepen the student's understanding of children, thus to develop their value, vision, and goals of working with children.
