Economies of the Middle East and North Africa

Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.

Study of the business and economic conditions in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Students are expected to expand their knowledge of microeconomic, macroeconomics, and economic development theories and to apply them to concrete cases in the MENA region.

3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ECON 202; ECON 302; MATH 220/MATH 221 or other Calculus course.
