Medical Anthropology

Introduction to concepts and social aspects of health, illness, and curing in different cultures. Considers concepts of interaction between folk and modern medicine in developing nations and delivery of health care as an international social problem.
Prerequisite: ANTH 230 or ANTH 260, or consent of instructor.
