Kinematics and dynamics of machinery, including introduction to user-centered design and design thinking, analytical and computer-aided design of kinematics, dynamic force analysis, principle of virtual work, cam and gear design, and balancing. Project-based learning of multi-mechanism system design, analysis, fabrication, and evaluation.
