Course will be held in IGB Rm 607. The course introduces the One Health interdisciplinary approach and emphasizes interdisciplinary problem solving and its importance to improving global health. One Health focuses on how to attain optimal health for people, domestic animals, wildlife, plants, and the environment globally. The course will introduce the One Health concept and examine several public health topics, such as environment, poverty, gender, natural disasters, land-use, human-livestock interactions, and public health policies.
