Request Instructor Approval Here: https://go.illinois.edu/california2020 This course will help students learn about organizations, business practices, city culture and career opportunities associated with the advertising industry in Los Angeles and San Francisco. It will expose students to a network of professionals and alumni who work in a wide variety of industry contexts and companies. As part of the course, students will travel to both Los Angeles and San Francisco on an advertising industry immersion trip to visit a broad array of companies and organizations. Company visits may include - but are not limited to - advertising agencies, production, entertainment, gaming, technology and media. Trip Dates: January 7 – 16, 2020. Course Fee: $1,595.00, billed to your student account, will cover your hotel, onsite transportation for industry visits as well as the flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The course fee does not include your arrival and departure flight.
