Gaga/Dancers classes offer a creative framework for dancers to connect to their bodies and imaginations, increase their physical awareness, improve their flexibility and stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting environment. Every class is composed by a series of multi-layered tasks that are worked through 75 minutes in continuous movement. Gaga offers different tools to enhance the dancer’s skills and understanding of their own abilities in order to stretch those beyond familiar habits.Gaga/Dancers classes offer a creative framework for dancers to connect to their bodies and imaginations, increase their physical awareness, improve their flexibility and stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting environment.
