Students will experience various organizational cultures in D.C. and learn how to navigate them. Topics include understanding your purpose in college, finding your way through the many opportunities offered, what to do when you ‘get stuck,’ and how to tell your college and career-prep story. By the end of this course, students will have employed design-thinking methods to create three options to make the most of the experiences offered at Illinois, and will have developed skills necessary for adjusting options along the way.
