Title: US History to 1877 Topic: Title: US History to 1877 Topic: This course is a comprehensive introduction to Colonial America, the move unto the American Revolution, and the post-Revolutionary Early Republic. Steeped in primary source readings, students will get a good feel for the debates and disputations of the time along with a solid chronological framework beginning in pre-1492 North America and running up to the mid-19th century American Civil War.
