Provides students with an exposure to the real world of real estate through a series of lectures by real estate professionals focused primarily on retail real estate development. A side benefit of the class will be to provide graduating seniors some insights into different career paths to help improve the career choices that they make.
3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FIN 221 or FIN 241.
