Career Skill Coaching: Theory and Best Practices, is a graded 1 credit hour course for undergraduate College of Business students. This class will cover career development, assessment, and counseling as well as communication and coaching skills. Students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to serve as a peer career advisor and enhance their suite of personal career development skills in support of their own internship and career search. Selection as a peer career advisor at the end of the course will require exceptional performance and commitment to the course.
