Topic: Europe and Globalization. Taught in Vienna, Austria. Provides an introduction to EU governance and examines key EU policymaking challenges: effects of the global financial crisis on the Euro zone, struggle for common foreign and migration policy in the aftermath of the Arab Spring, and divergent models of sustainable development in response to climate change. Study visits to international organizations in Vienna complement instruction. No prerequisite.
