An introductory course for second year veterinary students that explores the aspects of managing people in a business setting. Compliance, motivation, engagement, persuading, developing, and retaining employees will be covered as well s cross generational issues in the work place.
No graduate credit. 1 professional hour. Approved for S/U grading only.
