Section Info:
AE199 SAT is an introductory class for students interested in working with the university's CubeSat program. In this course you will acquire the skills necessary for working in various operations within the CubeSat lab. Classes will be part lab, focusing on a different skill each week. These labs will provide exposure to software and skills such as LabVIEW, STK, CREO, NX Thermal Simulations, Soldering/Electrical Design, technical writing and more! The other half course has a focus on integration, working with a sub team of your choice on a specific satellite project. Interested participants do not have to be in SatDev or affiliated with the CubeSat program to participate. New members are highly encouraged. In addition, the course is open to all grade levels but is targeted toward Freshmen and Sophomores.
