Section Info:
Family and work are two life domains that are central to most individuals and families. In this seminar we will focus on the intersection of family and work and how bargining, exchange, and gendered roles play out in shaping family division of paid and unpaid work, family-work conflict, marital satisfaction and other outcomes. Each week, a different student will lead discussion in class on a different research topic that relates to the intersection of family and work.
