Topic: European Union Governance This course examines the institutions and processes of governance in the European Union. We focus on the institutional relationships among the European Council, European Commission, European Court of Justice and how these have changed over time. We will also examine the relationship between EU and its member states and its neighbors. Students will conduct independent research on a policy issue or institutional question of their choice. PS 385 - European Union or a similar course is a recommended prerequisite.
