Fundamentals of energy-matter interaction mechanisms, and the manifestation of reflected and emitted radiation on photographs and images; introduces characteristics of aerial films and filters, electro-optical scanners, and digital processing; and emphasizes applications in environmental problems.
Same as NRES 477. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: GEOG 280 (beginning statistics) or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
