Examines the range of federal and state constitutional and statutory sources that apply to the constituents (pupils, parents, teachers, administrators, and board members) engaged in public schools. Emphasizes development of legal analytical skills.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing in the College of Education or consent of instructor.
Priority will be given to department majors.
