Corporate Finance

Introductory study of corporate financial management, in particular how the financial manager's choices add value to shareholder wealth through investment financing and operating decisions.

Prerequisite: ACCY 201 and concurrent enrollment in ACCY 202, or completion of ACCY 200.

Students must register for one discussion and one lecture section.
