Constitutional Law I

Credit: 4 hours.

Basic first-year course provides an introduction to constitutional law, including the origins of judicial review, basic Article III limits on federal court jurisdiction, the nature and scope of federal legislative power, the Commerce Clause, and the relationship of the federal government to the states.
