Material will emphasize critical analysis of experiments, current controversies and hypothesis testing. This course is directed towards graduate students in Molecular Cell Biology as well as graduate students in the physical sciences with an interest in cell biology. Advanced undergraduates interested in pursuing future graduate level training in cell biology are also encouraged to enroll in the course. Prerequisites are MCB 250 and MCB 252. This MCB 493 section is approved as advanced MCB hours. This is a 3 credit hour course.
