Empirical Likelihood
Section Info:
Introduction to empirical likelihood inference for students with fundamental knowledge of mathematical statistics. Topics include empirical likelihood for the inference of multivariate mean, quantiles, and regression models among others. Advanced topics such as empirical likelihood based extension to time series, generalized method of moments will also be covered if time permits. Implementation in R. Prerequisites: STAT510 and STAT511. Restricted to Statistics Graduate Students until May 5, 2014. Some seats are reserved for incoming Statistics graduate students. If you receive a Reserved-Closed error, that means the course is full except for the reserved seats.
