Title: Career Skills for the Global Economy This course introduces beginning undergraduate students to topics and issues of career development in organizational settings. Emphasis on career choice, employability, career preparation, and career stages of diverse populations. Includes introduction to organizational literacy and overview of career success and employment options in domestic and international settings. Added emphasis on workforce diversity and employment in emerging and non-traditional settings. First year Discovery Program course. Registration restricted to freshman.
