Hands-on introduction to analysis and simulation of biological molecules, cellular reaction networks, and whole cells. Topics included are evolutionary bioinformatics, molecular dynamics simulations of protein and nucleic acids complexes, systems biology approaches to cellular networks, and whole cell modeling. Course counts towards the CSE option in Chemistry and Biophysics. Formerly listed as Chem 470 / Biop 470.
