This class will meet in B124 CLSL. Topic: Tumor Targeting We wil read papers on the topic of Tumor Targeting and share what we find with each other. We'll survey the myriad approaches that are out there: targeting surface molecules, signal transduction pathways, gene transcription pathways, tumor vasculature, tumor microenvironment, using antibodies, siRNA, viruses, bacteria, lasers combined with nanoparticles, etc. 2 credit hours.
