Credit: 3 hours Section Title: Design I, Workshops Section Info: Theory and practice in the elements, processes, and principles of design with an emphasis on landscape, divided into three five-week workshops on topics of: Materials/Craft, a survey of fabrication techniques in various landscape forms and media; Color, a study of visual, seasonal, and psychological dimensions of natural color; Communication, exploring analog and digital strategies in landscape representation and communication. Meets with ARTF 103. Class Materials Fee of $35 required. A student registered in this section will also be assessed a $95 facility use fee by the School of Art & Design.
