Basic concepts, theories, and techniques of systems analysis, including modeling of large scale systems, forecasting, planning, control, and information handling; modeling of systems with network techniques, including distance, flow, and project networks; advanced network topics such as out-of-kilter algorithm and project resource analysis.

Prerequisite: IE 361 or CEE 201.
