Grand Challenge Scholars
Section Info:
The goal of the course is to have a personal impact on the world. In this unique course students identify an issue within the NAE?s Grand Challenges and develop creative approaches to addressing these challenges. This course will enhance your ability to address real world problems as you challenge your personal perceptions of our world. While pitching your ideas to the class you will be developing your skills to articulate what you envision and funding will be available to turn the best visions into reality. This course is not a lecture; you will be challenged to work without the restrictions of a standard course and expected to create the change our world needs.
