Introduction of scientific evidence underlying the multifactorial causes and consequences of childhood obesity in the U.S. and worldwide. Examination of existing theories from transdisciplinary perspectives will be stressed.

Same as CHLH 530, FSHN 530, HDFS 551, KIN 530, SOCW 570. Approved for both letter and S/U grading.
