Designed to provide current perspective about enterprise IT-applications and the management issues that such applications entail. Emphasis is on current developments that will be explored with lectures, case studies, and hands-on applications. The course builds on BADM 350.

This course will open to all students in the College of Business on Monday, April 15, 2013 at approximately 9:00 a.m. There are currently 5 reserved seats for College of Business international exchange students; any unused seats will be released to students meeting the restrictions on Friday, August 30, 2013 at approximately 9:00 a.m. The course considers how social media provides a new platform for unprecedented collaboration, new ways of engaging customers, and the benefits and challenges of social media. The course will take a strategic approach by helping students understand the business impact on the firm and building the requisite skills to create value in this new reality.
