Professional Responsibility

Problem course analyzing ethical issues that arise in the practice of law and considering the approaches to such issues taken by the American Bar Association's Code of Professional Responsibility, Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and Code of Judicial Conduct.

2 to 3 professional hours. 2 to 4 graduate hours.
