Agric/Ecology-Caribbean Island
Section Info:
This course will introduce students to the range of horticultural crops and ecosystems common in Puerto Rico and elsewhere in the Caribbean. The course will meet on-line every Monday evening (except November 19,2012) and culminate in field study in Puerto Rico from January 12-20, 2013. A $1500 fee will be charged for lodging, surface transportation, etc. Contact Dr. Endress for additional information:217-244-1679 or aendress@illinois.edu. Instructor approval is required to enroll in this course. Students will need a working external microphone and speakers, or a headset with microphone and high speed internet. Wireless internet is not recommended.
