In addition to focusing on signaling mechanisms, we will also emphsize mouse models in experimental approaches. Format: Literature review and discussion. Each student will make one to two presentations (topics to be determined by the instructor). All students are expected to read all papers to be discussed and paprticipate in discussions. Prerequisite: Sufficient knowledge in biochemical mechanisms of signal transduction. Prior completion of MCB 480: Molecular Basis of Eukaryotic Cell Signalling is preferred. This course will meet in C605 CLSL.
