Micro/Nano Engr Capstone Proj
Section Info:
Topic: Micro/Nano Engineering Capstone Project. The capstone project will involve the research, design, analysis, and fabrication of a Mico/Nano MEMS device or system. Projects will be executed independently or in small groups, and will involve at least 300 hours of work. Projects will normally be provided by the faculty, though student ideas for projects will also be encouraged. The final presentation and grade will assess the performance of the device/system built. Prerequisite: ME 485, ME 487, consent of instructor, and enrollment in the MS Certificate program in Micro/Nano Systems Engineering.
